We believe the best way to protect your data is to never collect it in the first place. Our “lean” philosophy means we only process what's needed, and we don't keep what we don't need.
Minimal Data Collection
We only collect what's needed to process your dispute. Ticket photos are analyzed in real-time and never stored. No accounts, no passwords, no tracking.
No Sensitive Data Retained
Ticket photos are discarded after analysis. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never store personal addresses or government IDs.
